Disk Read error occur

Hello,
I am also facing this problem. my pc sometime boot from os properly but some time it gave error of disk read error.... I have done the follwing diagnosis 1. run checkdisk utility 2. swap harddisk data cable 3. swap harddisk
4. Install fresh OS. 5. swap the sata port. but still the problem not solved.
please give me the solution for that....

Hello Sir,

I think that the sata cable is faulty,

It's better to use a new sata cable...
