hello there,
You will have to use the restore disc for your toshiba laptop,
1. Turn on the PC
2. Press C when you turn it on and release it when the words "Toshiba" come up.
3. A big warning box will come up. Click Yes
4. Click "Restore to factory default"
5. Check the first box
6. Click next, and next again if necessary. This process will take a good hour or two but that should do it. Always be careful when doing factory settings!!!
This is the solution
Thanks
