my 'at the rate key' is not working Closed

Hello,
my at the rate key is not working, so I cant even log in . what shall I do ? pls rply me soon, or else I will have to change the keyboard.i havent even described it up in my e-mail place. please sort it out .

have you tried shift 2 - sometimes, if the wrong keyboard seting is active the @ key and the " key get swapped

Set your regional time setting to "United State", the problem will be solved.
