What do you mean by that? its is not detected or it is not present?
If it seem not detected it is possible that the driver isnt not properly install or missing
Check if you have alll your hardware well install
Right Click my computer, Click manage
it will open computer management window
Click Device manager in the tree view
Look for sound, video and game controllers
Does it have your sound device listed?
of maybe there is a device with a problem on the list
