Dear Sir,
Please make sure to upgrade your system,
Open Control Panel > Windows Updates
Just set your Automatic Update on
Or you can download service pack 2 or if you already have it just upgrade to service pack 3
Please click here:
http://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/V6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
After you update your system try using the pen drive again
