Hello,
Can anyone help my son..he can't remember his password to his free aim email and must have signed up with the wrong birthdate..we tried several dates and it just kicks us out. I can't resign him up with the same screen name of course and he wants to keep it. now.

Hye, you should retry after some time, perhaps it might work again, isnt here a security question for aim mails?

I didn't get asked a security question, just his birthdate and zip code. I can't even find a telephone number to call to fix this. His friend has changed his password in the past and I got ahold of someone before. :(
