To solve this problem simply, change your timezone,
Click on the time and date on your taskbar,
change timezone according to the country you live,
then on Internet Explorer change your homepage,
Click on Tools > Internet Options
use: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl
Then Press OK
