Hello,
A Its A Windows Visa Basic.
My Internet Pages Are All In English And Stuff. And On The Web Page I Can Write English But In The Web Box I Cant. Or In The Goggle Sheach Box I Can't. I Don't Know What Language Its In. Its Like Boxes And Lines And Circles. Someone Please Help.

Dear Sir,

To solve this problem simply, change your timezone,

Click on the time and date on your taskbar,

change timezone according to the country you live,

then on Internet Explorer change your homepage,

Click on Tools > Internet Options

use: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl

Then Press OK
