think your best course of action would be to go with Anna Software, your were considering purchasing a set of disks from HP anyway, so its not as if you aren't willing to pay for the disks.
it's either that, or the alternative of finding someone with an xp disk, installing it, trying to register with the coa on your machine, going to hp website, downloading all of the drivers etc from there, then installing these....
easy option would be the first option, all the drivers etc would be on the disk/s
