No two at the same time

Hello,I would like to use my computer while the kids are wachting a movie from my computer to a seperate tv but i can only wacht one or the other. I have the tv hooked up to the rca video and the only way I get the single to go to the tv is by plugging the rca cord in and then restarting the computer. Is there a way to fix this and THANKS ALOT

well I did a little reseach and i know what a ega is ,so want to know which one I need I have a radeon 7000 agp
