Bad day!
Hello, I would like to have some help on my keyboard, my laptop brand is Dell and it has no numlock which I found out as I surf the internet to be a key to solve this issue.
Your suggestion towards this issue is a great help . Thank you

To troubleshoot the problem, we suggest you try an external keyboard and tell us if the issue persists.
