Learning macro

Hello,

i wan to know about macro programming in Excel.
i have one question .......
suppose i have a,b,c, d, e..........etc. columns
i want insert new column in same sheet and with include concatination of a,c,e i.e (a& c& &e) with uniques values, because my table contain same values also against perticular thing.
so pls help its urgent.
