Hello,
If you have the driver cd for the laptop try using it to re-install the drivers for the audio and bluetooth device.
First try unistall the existing device, right click on my computer click manage
in the Computer management window, click on device manager in the tree view, search for your audio device and bluetooth or any unknown device, right click on them and unistall them,
then install the drivers and restart
in case you dont have the drivers, you can download them from the manufacturer web site
