Hello, i was given a tower computer made by "Acorn", don't know if it is the english co. or something local . don't know computers. ran it without anti-virus. windows finally cleared it out and i now have 'avira free'. now i have problems connecting to the internet. i use the free wireless in my apt. building and i get "low or no connectivity" messages; or i get connected but still get explorer and firefox messages that they "can't connect to server'. my signal strength is good to excellent. tried removing as many apps off table top by seeding them to "recycle bin". seemed to help get "connected"message. what do i do next? thank you. i have widows xp sp 2. probugginal

Hello Sir,

Just try to get connected elsewhere,

Update your antivirus and also windows,

then when it's done, just scan your computer completely,

Re-install the wireless drivers and try connecting again

This should solve the problem

Thanks
