External HDD

Hello,

I have an external HDD which fell down this morning. When i try to access it it is regognised as drive F instead of the name which I gave it, "SPK". When i double click to access data I get the msg that drive F is not accessiblw. The request could not be performed because of an I/O devevice error

Dear Sir,

Your hard drive is damaged inside,

There's no way of recovering this problem,

So sorry for you

hi there,

format the drive from

disk management

if still the same issue then

change the hard disk casing
