Hello,

I just installed more memory (memory chip) into my computer and when I tried to turn my computer on my monitor keeps going into sleep mode. I can't figure out why because it's a new monitor. Can someone please help me?

Hello Krem

If your machine works well with a monitor, there is nothing wrong with your computer. If your screen works in safemode it's because safemode requires minimal resources. In your case, if you have a laptop, only a in the flesh technician can fix it. If CPU, I suggest you purchase a new screen for repairing is not worth it.

Good luck
