Ipod wont' turn on or Re-set

Hello,
I have a I-pod 4th generation and was working fine the other day and now it won't turn on and it won't re-set and i hold the menu button anf the center button at the sale time and nothign happens. can someone help me?

have you looked at the manual.

page 64 has the troubleshooting instructions
