Headset problem in laptop

Hello,
i am using persario c700 laptop..i have installed xp......i am not able to do video chat just because my misc is not working but i can hear the voice from the other side please tell me how i can make the misc working???? please help me............

Hello Sir,

You will have to install your sound device driver to be able to use the mic!

Just install the driver from your software cd or download it from the HP Support Website:

Select your laptop model and download the driver for XP
