Hello,
i have a scratched windows xp sp2 disk that i brought from a retail store. it reads in my cd drive to whereas i can open the folders under "my computer" folder, but its too scratched to boot a computer. can anyone out there tell me if there's a way to copy the information or the set-up folders to a blank disc and make the blank disc boot like the original?

Dear Sir,

I am sorry but you will have to purchase the disc,

I won't advise you to download Windows from websites or using torrents as this is completely illegal

You can check here:
