Hello,
i have problem with my laptop is the sound is stop working suddendly there is coming no sound driver is install in this laptop and mylaptop is also not restarting we have to shutdown then it will start plz tell to fix it

I will advise you to re-install the sound driver,

Please use the driver disc or you can download the driver from your laptop's support website,
