ZTC TE558 - SIMs Not Working Simultaneously

Hello,
I hav a ZTC TE558 Phone (as detected by MobilEdit) with Dual Sims capability, but these SIMs wont work simultameously. I have to physically swap lines...
Software Ver MAUI.05C.W06.24.MP.V18.

Pleasecan anybody help!!!!

hi there,

you must go to phone setting

and enable dual mode or dual sim

I went thru -> Settings->Sim Apps->Double Sim On -> Input SIM...
The next screen is numerical input which I dnt know what to put! I put the sim numbers, but wont accept it.....
