Problem with start up

Hello,
im just wondering if there is some one that can help me i have looked at every thing and still have no idea
the problem is when i start up my pc all the lights and fans come on but it restarts its self before it boots i thought it might be a virese so i disconected all the HDDs oh yeah i got some data off a mate and thats when it started and now my external HDD wont even show up in computer management what ever has caused this it has also done it to my other pc when i pluged the HDD in to it and when i plug the HDD into my laptop it makes the laptop take for ever to start up thanks

It's some issues some people can get on vista, i don't think it's a virus, vista got his own debugger i think so let it debug your system.

Hi I’ve had an account for about a month.  I have just over 1000 followers and 43 videos.  None have more than a few hundred views, lots of the fist ones have very few.  
My first videos weren’t very engaging  - too long, “slow” etc.  The more recent ones seem to do a bit better.   I do travel videos with the hopes of building a big enough audience to do affiliate links.  
  Should I keep plodding along or would I be better off starting over?  If I should try again could I create another account with the same purpose or do I need to delete the old one?  Thanks for the help   www.tiktok.com/@my_travel_list

Need for Speed crashes on desktop

Hello,

I wanted to play Need for Speed Most Wanted but when the game starts, it starts crashing on desktop. Is there anything I can do to make things alright?
