Speakers not working

Hello, my speakers arent wo rking i have windows xp although my headphones have also stopped working please anybody is there who can help is there any solution i have checked ntg is muted is there any other way to rectify this problem

Hello Sir,

This is because your driver has been corrupted or may be you installed another program which caused that,

I will advise you to re-install the drivers for your computer
