Screen Cut off

Hi,

I have a Windows XP and use Firefox 3.5.3 and parts of my screen are getting cut off like the blue bar at the top and the sidebar/scroll bar, I have tried resizing it, doesn't work, this also affects Paint

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to upgrade your Windows System to the latest version,

Please Install Service Pack 2 or 3 if you don't have it,

Then i will advise you to re-install your Graphic device driver,
