How to recover the data lost

Hello,
the data in my drives d,e,f, was deleted. even i cannot open these drives ,when i trying to open this its asking to format the drive. when i clicked on the format it is saying that u cannot format the drive syntax is missing. now only my c drive is working . can i recover my data back? whether it is the problem with hardware/software.
