Hello,

my laptop is Hp/Compaq CQ40-414, and i use 3G network. But always display no signal(connection failure), need to pull out USB, then restart the program is OK. what is wrong with it?

hi there,

as you mentioned no signal

its a network issue

take the laptop to a place that the signal strength is good

or for more information contact your network provider

as well as check your username and password
