Well, this is as simple as it gets.
You see you just don't see what company is better. You see which one has your requirements. You should buy the one that has everything you need (features) and then look at its price.
For e.g You don't buy food thinking which company is better, but rather you buy the food with the best taste.
I've used laptops from all companies you have mentioned above except lenovo, so i would suggest the following:
1.Sony VAIO
2.Dell Inspiron
3.HP Pavillion.
