To use your sony mobile to browse on the internet , the first step is to configure your wap settings.
To be able to help you more about that you must give me more information about your service provider.
Another alternative is to use your internal wifi to connect on the internet , but for that you must have some free wifi spot available :(
Unfortunately as far as my knowledge is concern you will be charged for internet browsing ://
