The fact that you are unable to access might be perhaps due to the fact that you are not logged as administrator.
Please log on as administrator and execute the task.
Yet if you can't get on in opening it, right click on it and get on the properties.
Check out the settings for there may be some security setting that have been put on it.

Disk heal
it is very useful in solving hard disk problems with out data loss
