Hello, I just bought an Asus laptop about a week ago. It has wireless capabilities but when i try to connect to my home network, it will connect and say " Connected, but with limited or no accesss" and i cannot get on the internet. We have At&t DSL and a 2wire Gateway modem/router with wireless. I have tried changing the firewall settings and it still wont let me get a full connection. My laptop is only 50 feet away. How can I get on my home network wirelessly????

Most likely you did not configure wireless adapter or modem router correctly, can take a look on this wireless network troubleshooting tips article, hopefully can give you more ideas.

Do i need to have a wireless router or USB adapter. Or will our DSL modem be able to let me connect to the internet? Do i need to do anything to it or the host computer do allow me to use its network?
