Hello,
why are ipods such increadible pieces of junk? I've owned 3 ipods, which have all malfunctioned through no fault of my own. Why does Apple sell such low quality products to trusting customers? I may never know why Apple disrespects customers in this manner but what I do know is that I will never buy an Apple product so long as I live and will convince family and friends to do the same.
