Hello,
My laptop recently went under a RAM upgrade and someone put my computer in a "safe mode" to remove some viruses etc. I got my computer back and the wireless light is lit up on my computer showing that it should be picking up my router; however, nothing will come up. When I go to look at all the connections (which ususally shows me secured or not) I now have nothing available........
Did "safe mode" do something to my computer and/or how can I reconnect my wireless connection to pick up my router.
**And we have other devices picking up my connection so I know its my computer and NOT the router***
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Thanks,
Andria

Hey,
If they removed some viruses it could be possible that the virus effected your wireless driver on your computer. You should uninstall your wireless device driver and then reinstall it.
Also, make sure that your wireless network connection is not disabled in the control panel.
