Format pendrive

Hello,
i m papu bhoi.I have a king stone 32gb pen drive.When i insert it in usb port,a message appear"you have to format it before use it"and when i tried to format a message appeare that windows was unable to complete format.Please help me
if any body know it solution please contact at papubhoi@gmail.Com
