Laptop problem

Hello,

im dianne and i just bought my laptop last month. and then today it doesnt work anymore. it will turn on then it will if i want to "start window normally of safe mode" and then when i press enter it will show a blank screen. then it stays blank i have no idea what the problem is please help me. THANK YOU :)

Dear Dianne,

It has been only one month that you have bought it.

I would hence advise you to return to the store after

having checked if the battery has not been exhausted

completely.
