I can not open my Toshiba flash diskClosed

Hello,
I have a TOSHIBA (250 GB) usb flash memory. I think it damaged after that I restarted my lap top directly by holding power off botton. now when I'm ploging it to computer, the computer can not do anything. after removing the flash. all thing is normally going well!!! I can not see any thing in disk managment on my computer also. pleas help me.
