Dear SIr,
I hope that your OS is Vista as indicated in your post. The solution to your problem will be with a password
reset disk. You will have to get to the User Accounts present in the Control Panel. You will have to click on
Create A Password Reset Disc then. Then just follow the instruction sand have your problem fixed. You will be
able to reset the password through this disk then. Thanks.
