Why cant i send messages

Hello,

when i sign in online to talk with my friends, i cannot send messages but i can receive them. everthing works well otherwise. i can change my screen name, personal message, display picture, check emails and everything else. what is the problem? how to solve this matter? when i sign in with different email addresses there is not this problem thou. please help me.!!

Dear Ladii,

Please indicate on what application you are unable to send messages. Is it on any networking

site, msn messenger or your email account. Giving accurate information will allow us to solve

your problem.

well i can add that msn messenger does that sometimes.
it says: "couldn't send the following messages:..." or something like that.
So, my question, just for better understandings, what may be the causes of that?
