Can't select text

Hello,


I need help, I can't select a text on what's app chat so as to copy or reply directly or privately.

Kindly assist
System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 94.0.4606.61

Hi,

To copy a message, make a long press on it and choose the copy option. If this doesn't work, try the following steps to try to fix the issue:
  • Restart your phone.
  • Clear WhatsApp's cache (for Android). Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage.
  • Update WhatsApp to the latest version.
  • Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp : before doing so, create a backup of your data. In WhatsApp, select the 3 dots and go to Settings > Chats > Chat backup > Back up.


If the issue persists, a workaround is to choose to share the chat conversation by email and from the attached file, you can copy the text.

Hello,

I had an iPhone and sold it. Before selling it, I backed up my WhatsApp history on iCloud. I have been using an android phone for 4 months and have now purchased a new iPhone. I don’t want to lose the 4 months of WhatsApp conversations in the android phone, but also want to have the WhatsApp conversations that are on my iCloud backup. What can I do to have both?

Accidentally, I deleted the messaging icon in my Samsung Galaxy S duos (S7562). How can I retrieve the messaging icon again in my android mobile? Thanks for your cooperation.

I deleted it by dragging it into the Apps (Applications) icon

I found the messaging icon (shortcut) when I use Google (search) and write messages. But I want to return the messaging icon shortcut to the home screen.

Hello,

I have bought a new Iphone 13 Pro Max. I recently backed up my Whatsapp data on my previous Iphone 11 to the icloud and I confirm that the backup is there.

Everything has been transferred to the new phone - except that WhatsApp just won't open! I type in my phone number +44 - then the number) and click the DONE option and it says "retrieving credentials" and then after some 30 seconds, i get the message " .. WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in 5 minutes .."

I have done this three or four times with no success. I have tried removing and reinstalling WhatsApp (not the Business one), turned the phone on and off, c...

Facebook Messenger - Suggested Friends

Hi I’m wondering if someone can please help me / explain why ... So When you search in Facebook messenger for one of your “friends” to message it comes up with “Recent Searches” which you can edit / delete o people in your recent searches and then it also has “suggested friends” which you can’t edit and I was thinking this is a list of people you usually contact or recently have contacted except for some reason in my “suggested friends” is someone I have not contacted in quite some time not on any Facebook forum, phone or other apps and they are second on my list. Why would that be?
