This the NORMAL operation of the NumLk key. Search for the NumLk function key on your keyboard. it will be something like Fn + F4. press the two keye3s together to turn off NumLock.

Good Luck

Dear Sir,

You can remove the key and place it back manually without the need to get it to

a computer technician.

Thanks.

1. Open the on screen keyboard by going to "control panel" then "Ease of Access Center" then click on "onscreen keyboard".

2. click on hold down the "Fn" key on the physical keyboard and then hit F11 on the onscreen Keyboard.

3. All Fixed. Spread the word.
