Get free internet on phone using pc

Hello,
i was wondering if theres a way to get free internet on my phone while connected with bluetooth on my computer. i have no internet plan on my phone, not to confused as using my phone as a modem, i want to do the opposite. So i can upload games on my phone for free. Due to it being in jad or jar format.

Dear Sir,

There is no feature for carrying out this specific task, please contact the manufacturer to see whether

there is any application for doing it. You can still download games on your PC and send it to your phone

through the use of its PC Suite.

in my phone i can choose "Internet via computer" BUT.. i dont know how it works :/
