Security certificate problem

Hello,
I am trying to go on websites, and when I try to get to some of them, I get a message that says "To help your security, Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. I click on the options and click on download block material.... but nothing happens??????? Any suggestions???

Hello Nazmul,

Please all you need to do is to double click on the clock to open it.

Adjust the date and time and you problem will be resolved.

Nazmul, I would much appreciate you feedback on this solution.
