Ping problem

Hello,
some body saya it is virus problem .is it correct ? if it correct how i can solve it easyly . but my company has kaspersky anti virus and nortion anti virus.

Dear Sir,

Please carry out a virus scan to confirm whether there is a virus infection on your

PC. If this is actually caused by a virus, the anti virus tool will offer you an option to

remove it. This is how your problem will be fixed.
