Hi there,

it looks like you're pinging an external server "riot.de".

You first need to take your troubleshooting back to basics and test your network first.

Try a continuous ping to your router to check to results.

There are a lot of variables between your computer and the riot.de servers.

If it's still the same then I recommend you plug in your laptop to your router and try the same ping test to your router.

Then I would look at what is causing you issues on wifi.

Update wireless drivers on laptop
Change wifi channel on router
Change wifi band on router
