hi everyone,
this morning i encounted an unexpected problem with my laptop which was telling me at start up to press crtl+alt+del to restart. according to it a dll file is missing and windows could not start up. please do help me guys as i have some very important works to do and i really dont know what to do.

so its wirtten reg.dll missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart and although i do it, it will come again and will tell me the same thing all the time... could you help me please?
