Sound comes right back to headphones from mic

Hello, whenever i speak intro my microphone my voice comes right back into the headphones, i have flight simulator and it used to work for it but this started happening and i cant talk or hear people talk now in the game. i tried listening to music in my itunes and that still works with the headset. any help would be nice thanks
