Problem with external hard drive

Hello,
sir, i got problem with external hard drive. i have 111GB hard disk fill with important file. i scan for several times and opened. but i couldn't see the files in the hard drive. its show blank and don't show any file. can you guide me to solve this problem. thanks

Dear Brogs,

Please try plugging it with the cable which is normally connected to the CD Rom drive.

This will allow you to have access properly to the drive.
