Cant sign in to windows live messenger

Hello,
my windows live messenger wont let me sign in i have tried on numerous times and still says the same thing your contact list is not available right now please try again later
i have tried and tried even uninstalled it and re loaded it still no joy can anyone please help

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have a good news I had that problem and I just fixed without install nothing ;) follow the directions
