I deleted my internet option, please help!!!

Hello,
my name is willie and i accidently deleted a program off of my control panal in the add or remove programs department...and now my modzilla and internet explorer is not running...and i dont have the windows start up cd...can any one tell me how to retrieve the programs ive deleted??? and its not in the recycle bin...... please help!!!!!!

Dear Will,
If there is any message which pops up when you try to open the browsers, please indicate.
This will be helpful to find the solution to the problem. You could look for the specific file from
another PC. Yet you can right now uninstall the applications completely and reinstall them.
This will allow you to have access to the applications properly.

Try System Restore under
Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore and restore it to an earlier date when you think your system was working fine...
