Automatically recovering my deleted data

Hello,
I am Adam and I am using Dual Core system with 80 GB HDD. Nowadays I am facing the problem with the Data of my system. If I delete some folders and files or else If I format my extended drives after restarting my PC all the deleted data and the formatted drives data is automatically recovering back in its original state. Instead I am not using any data recovery tools. Please look into the matter urgently and revert me back ASAP.

hi there,

have you formatted your windows partition?

i will advise you to reinstall your operating system but make a

backup of your files and data

and does the external drive do the same if formatted on other pc?

please give more information
