Unable to format my usb flash disk

Hello,
my flash is failing to open, when i put it on the copmuter it says that the flash needs to be formatted and i try to format it, the farmat fails to complete. it also show that there is o bytes in it. i need a help how recover my usb

Dear Jinks,

Please access to the flash disk and see whether there are files that are corrupted present

in there and hence delete it manually to have the problem fixed.
