Hello,
I bought a wireless broadband from globe. But I can't use it because the staff there told me that it needs to be configured before I can use the item I bought from them. What will I do? Please help me. I'm using XP

If you plan to set up a wireless network, can take a look on this wireless network setup tutorial that includes wireless router configuration. Hope it helps.
